Customer Service Billing Representative (CSBR)
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Billing Representative (CSBR) will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries, resolving problems and concerns, gathering data, and maintaining customer accounts and billing.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products and services.
- Gathers, enters, and processes orders for new or additional products and services.
- Fields customers questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, comments, problems or concerns.
- Verifies accuracy of billing data, correcting any errors.
- Creates itemized statements, bills, invoices, and other necessary billing documents.
- Performs general bookkeeping work, which may include entering data and maintaining records, invoices, and supporting documents of amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.
- Contacts customers to obtain, verify, and update account information when necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Basic understanding of clerical procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A combined minimum of 5 (five) years experience of customer service and billing.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 (twenty-five) pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.50 - $27.83 per hour
