What You Will be Doing
As the billing coordinator in our billing department, you will be responsible for safeguarding our company's revenues. You'll be tasked with completing daily payments, monthly invoices, client collection calls, billing reports, and customer service responses to clients via phone and email.
What We Need from You
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience and working knowledge of payment/invoicing software
- Comfortable with mathematics and financial data
- Great Attention to detail
- Confidentiality and trustworthiness
- Excellent ability to organize and coordinate tasks
- BSc/BA in accounting or relevant field is preferred
