- Build electrodes through series of assembly, molding and polishing techniques
- Prepare components for heating cycles
- Operate precision multi-step polishing equipment
- Test finished product using diagnostic equipment
- Prepare finished products for final quality review
- Special projects and other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in testing or inspecting in related field.
- Ability to work in a tightly controlled process and environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy; be alert at all times
- Manufacturing experience; assembling small, precise items
- 1-2 years of High Volume Manufacturing experience
- Have a keen ability to perform repeatable tasks (repetition)
- Must focus on precise steps and follow all directions
- Must be able to work in team environment
