Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of the property - pick up trash and debris
- Spot clean building for dust, marks, remove cobwebs and insect nests
- Clean spills and other hazards with appropriate equipment
- Notify Manager concerning the need for repairs or hazards
- Assist Manager when necessary
Job Requirements: Background check is required. Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, bending, and kneeling may be required to perform duties.
