This is a 3 Month Contract - NO C2C.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
Support Global HR Leader in executing various HR projects in support of the upcoming separation and sale of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Help manage Census data for 600-person organization, including keeping track of joiners, leavers, and approved open positions.
- Draft communications for various employee groups.
- Manage project to create a Job Description database.
- Other tasks and projects as assigned.
- Obtain data or information, or updates from a variety of stakeholders.
- Create a standard PowerPoint template for Talent Card content (summary of employment history for key talent) and convert the content from a wide variety of template formats into the standard one.
- Create different summaries of our census data for our GLT.
- Help manage a project plan and key stakeholders related to some of our separation activities.
