Job Posting for Sales Manager at KMA Human Resources Consulting
Scott & Jon’s, a rapidly growing Frozen Food Company, is seeking a Mid-Level Sales Manager position with experience in the CPG industry and with frozen foods experience preferred.
The Sales Manager is responsible for directing the sales and development of Scott & Jon’s products and services in the U.S. This position will develop and implement sales strategies and forecast sales volumes for all dealers in the domestic market. As a member of the leadership team, this position requires a highly motivated individual with strong professional sales skills and acumen, interpersonal skills, and the ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders. Must have strong track record of success in sales, be able to work in a team environment, and be passionate about being the best.
Scott & Jon’s is a small but effective team of motivated individuals working together to get the job done. The ability to wear multiple hats is rewarded with opportunities for growth and advancement. The company is located in Auburn, ME but this position is able to work remotely from any location in the US.
