Summary:
Highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to help expand our landscape company's business. The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Develop and implement strategies to increase company revenue and profitability
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Develop proposals and presentations to pitch to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Manage and maintain a database of clients and prospects
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
Requirements:
- Experience in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the landscape industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
