Operations Engineering Co-Op
You can have a co-op. Or you can make a difference. Or you can work as an Operations Engineering
Co-Op at MillerKnoll and do both.
About this Opportunity
As an Operations Engineering Co-Op, you'll work on and around state-of-the-art custom engineered
manufacturing equipment. You will focus on process flow and equipment as you become an integral
part of our engineering team.
Co-Ops at MillerKnoll participate in three work rotations (May 2025 - August 2025, January 2026 -
April 2026, and September 2026 - December 2026).

You'll have opportunities to speak up, solve problems, lead others, and be an owner every day as
you...
* Gain experience in a variety of areas, including process changes, problem solving, ergonomics,
equipment development, new product launch support, automation analysis and implementation,
and AutoCAD site layout drawings.
* Interact with several different team members as well as teams from Production and various
Engineering functions.
* Work with vendors, suppliers, and machine builders internal and external to MillerKnoll.
* Participate on a cross-functional team to complete a Co-Op project.
* Attain on-the-job work experience aligned with your career objectives.
* Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
Sound Like You?
You might be just who we're looking for if you are...
* Familiar with AutoCAD and solid works software.
* A strong communicator with good organizational skills.
* Capable of working both under supervision and without supervision.
* Able to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
* Enrolled and pursuing a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
from an accredited college or university. You must have a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0 to
qualify for consideration in the Co-op Program.
* Satisfactorily finished with the basic coursework in your chosen degree program.
* In favorable academic standing within your current academic program or major.
* Authorized to work in the United States.
* Able to perform all essential job functions of the position with or without accommodations.
