Intern, Legal Technology and Contract Analytics

In this role, you will spend 10 weeks, 40 hours per week, learning about Knowable, our work, our clients and our people in service of your future! Our goal is to provide a unique experience for our internship candidates, who can leverage this learning to make more informed decisions about non-traditional careers within the legal profession. You will have a dedicated team supporting you throughout the program that includes: Program Director for daily check-ins, questions and immediate needs relative to logistics and program curriculum; JD mentors to provide guidance, advice and coaching relative to the program, potential career goals or other general questions you may have about the legal industry; Weekly presentations by Knowable Leaders and team members sharing business perspectives and knowledge about our industry; Corporate clients to network with and get a flavor for your potential future! Lastly, if applicable, we will provide bar prep support to help prepare for the exam. Responsibilities and Expectations: Weekly attendance is required for all meetings and thoughtful engagement is expected given all activities will be virtual (flexibility provided to coincide with any pre-approved class schedules); Consistent communication (daily / weekly) with your program manager, JD mentors and fellow interns to maximize the value of the program for you; Timely completion of assigned deliverables as directed by the program manager, in support of the group Internship project to be completed at the conclusion of the program; Deliver real-time and post-program feedback to facilitate a best-in-class program for you and for all future interns. (As needed) Provide feedback to Program Manager during daily check-ins, ask questions, and share immediate needs relative to logistics and program curriculum.
