Brand & Communications Leader

The Koch Agronomic Services (KAS) Brand & Communications Leader will be responsible for leading the brand and communications strategies to position KAS as a thought-leader in the nutrient space and drive global growth of KAS’ enhanced efficiency fertilizers and micro-nutrient products. This role will be responsible for leading brand building efforts including brand architecture, brand identity, trademark strategies and brand activation. The Brand & Communications Leader will partner with a broad range of capabilities including Product Marketing, Agronomy, R&D and Sales to develop compelling stories to create awareness for KAS’ corporate and product brands. 

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Build the KAS and product brand communication strategies through close collaboration with internal partners
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to activate the communication strategies in the market
• Drive overall content development strategy to position Koch Agronomic Services as thought-leaders in the market
• Develop the marketing spend recommendation, supported by key performance indicators, benchmarking and marginal analysis
• Evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies and apply learnings to future campaign. Understand value relative to cost of communication strategies and recommend prioritization.
• Support KAS’ sister company, Koch Fertilizer, in developing external marketing strategies
• Develop internal communication strategies to support KAS’ parent company Koch Ag & Energy Solutions. 

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role
• Team leader or people leader experience
• Proven ability to build, execute and measure marketing strategies
• Bachelor’s Degree

• Business-to-business & product marketing experience
• Experience in the agriculture industry
• International marketing experience
• Speaks Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin Chinese
