Description
The eProcurement Sourcing Manager will lead transformation efforts in our eProcurement business process efforts to simplify, advance and standardize processes. This will include development and implementation of various initiatives across Strategic Sourcing and Procurement to maximize value.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Provide vision and leadership for transformation efforts within our eProcurement capability
- Mentor and support team member self-actualization
- Understand needs of capability partners to anticipate and drive user satisfaction through improved processes, products, or services
- Define and build future state including metrics with expectations and actionable reporting for internal/external process gaps
- Accelerate change through process discipline, standardization, alignment, and governance
- Consistently achieve desired results through value assessments in concert with prioritization and execution
- Organize and facilitate cross-functional forums to drive engagement and alignment
- Identify and close process or technical gaps by understanding root causes and solution options while and collaborating effectively
- Challenge assumptions/status-quos to develop sustainable and scalable process solutions
- Drive business integration and ensure adoption through effective communications and value
- Challenge capability partners to seek innovative approaches to address problems, improve existing processes and develop better strategies
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (implementing and standardizing source-to-pay systems)
- Supervisory Experience
- Experience with eProcurement strategies
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, IS, or Computer Science
- Master's Degree or higher
- Project management certification
- Experience implementing and standardizing source-to-pay systems (SAP Ariba, Coupa)
