Our Lincoln, NE facility is seeking a Hourly Supervisor, who is responsible for helping each employee understand and apply our management philosophy, leverage their gifts and continually grow, develop and self-actualize.
Shift: 2nd Shift - Monday-Friday, 2:30pm - 11:06pm

What You Will Do
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help each employee recognize what they are and are not good at so they can contribute and succeed.
- Work with employees to develop responsibilities based on the business vision and the employee gifts relative to others on the team.
- Ensure each employee is continually learning and improving. Measure what matters most and ensure employees know how what they do affects results.
- Recognize and reward individuals based on what will motivate them to maximize their contributions to the long-term success of Molex consistent with Molex Values.
- Ability to teach others in job-related requirements
- Regularly lifting product
- Effective communication with team members
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 1 years in a supervisory role
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with SAP
- Experience working with Lean Manufacturing principles
