Description
KBX Technology Solutions is looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate sprint planning, retrospective and daily activities related to the scrum team. This role will play a key role in the definition, development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of Agile practices within the organization. This role will own and resolve identified impediments. As Scrum Master you will be responsible for promoting accountability and transparency across all levels of the organization.
What You Will Do In Your Role
A Day In The Life COULD Include:
- Supporting the Scrum Team
- Facilitate removal of obstacles and impediments
- Facilitate daily stand up meetings
- Facilitate Sprint Review/Demo
- Facilitate Sprint Planning
- Manage Sprint/Project Schedule
- Act as a coach and support for the team
- Work with product owner to ensure user stories have enough clarity and specificity
- Lead Agile Transformation
- Coach team on SCRUM values and principles
- Create an environment for open communication
- Mentor the team
- Provide regular and immediate feedback
- Motivate the team to meet their sprint goals
- Project Lead
- Assist with Project Forecasting
- Track project level risks/issues
- Manage Sprint/Project Schedule
- Monitor Project Resourcing
- Monitor Scope
- Conflict Resolution
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Experience working in the software development lifecycle
- Experience facilitating meetings
- Experience managing projects OR leading technical teams
- Ability to travel up to 10% depending on start-ups
- High School Degree or equivalent
What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1 years Scrum Master experience
- Experience working with product managers, product owners and scrum teams
- Experience mentoring and coaching project team in Scrum and Agile processes
- Azure DevOps experience
- Scrum Master Certification
