Scheduler
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Manufacturing Scheduler reporting to our Senior Manufacturing Planner to organize production according to demand, equipment capacity, and quality standards. As a Manufacturing scheduler, you will ensure that our goods are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner. Your role involves coordinating production workflows, determining then loading the resource needs, and optimizing production procedures.
Duties:
- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products across multiple machine tools.
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Develop efficient production schedules to achieve short- and long-term production goals and workflows to ensure timely deliveries
- Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
- Assign equipment to specific production operations.
- Schedule equipment according to production needs.
- Monitor jobs to ensure timely completion within time constraints (plan VS. actual).
- Obtain output information (e.g., finished products, defect percentages).
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
- Keep paperwork organized.
- Collaborate with Shop Operations Management, quality control, warehouse, and other staff as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a production planner.
- Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- High school diploma further education or certification is preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
