The Parts Advisor/Associate will be responsible for serving all guests, internally with the shop technicians, and externally with guests via the phone or in person.
This person should have ability to satisfy the needs of the technicians and guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. Great communication is needed and the ability to maintain a clean and uncluttered work environment. Accuracy is also important for the numerous parts that are in the department.
The hours for the position are Monday-Friday and you will be required to wear a uniform. There is a physical demand to the position and ability to life heavy objects (50 lbs) is required.
