Your Mission:

As a Press Production Technician, you will:

· Collaborate with production crews to optimize daily output and ensure adherence to safe practices in the operational environment.

· Address quality concerns, actively identifying and communicating maintenance requirements, and providing backup support for Supervisor positions.

· Coordinate Customer Color approvals, serving as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely updates, and collaborating during color approvals for desired outcomes.

Your proficiency in operating press equipment, adept use of maintenance tools, and mechanical expertise, coupled with strong problem-solving skills, will be highly valued, acknowledged, and duly rewarded as a Press Production Technician.

Additional Qualifications:

· Highschool graduate or equivalent

· Familiarity with different paper weights, sizes, kinds, and colors to be able to identify paper conditions (i.e., excessive moisture or curling that frequently requires additional machine adjustment).

· Proficiency in configuration, tuning, protocols, functions, and constraints of machinery for executing a comprehensive spectrum of standard and specialized folding, collating, and cutting printed materials to achieve a final product.
