Job Description
Seeking IT Security Analyst for System health monitoring, reporting and remediation. Work with customers to troubleshoot customer reported issues, System/statistics Reporting creation, modification and review. Experience in Network protocols such as TCP/IP, Dynamic Host Configuration, Domain Name System (DNS), and directory services.. Experience with Traffic flows across the network Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) , Internet Protocol (IP), Open System Interconnection Model OSI.

Role and Experience
- 5 years of IT engineering, Security Engineering and/or System Configuration and Maintenance.
- business continuity, information security, telecommunications and network connectivity, where technical work requires specific knowledge to evaluate, select, adapt & modify standard procedures
- Documentation: Processes & Procedures, user guides, drawings
- Installs,maintains,configures,upgrades and/or administers hardware and/or software independently in workstation support, network administration, server administration, business continuity, information security,
- Technical knowledge of network, server, storage, and cloud hardware and software solutions
- Engineering related, knowledge/experience with IT security tools (WAF, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Protection tools, SIEM)
- System/statistics Reporting creation, modification, review, and remediation
- System health monitoring, reporting and remediation
- Process Add/Remove tickets
- Work with customers to troubleshoot customer reported issues
- Participate in system maintenance and upgrade activities
- Participation in enterprise project efforts as needed
- Perform daily routine tasks associated with OISP systems
- Interaction with EISP 1 & EISP 2 to learn configuration of various Security Toolsets
- Interaction with EISP 1 & EISP 2 to learn Infrastructure Security methodology and Tools
- Interaction with Manager to learn System Security controls and procedures
