Position Summary: Lobby attendant is dedicated to providing a consistent and exceptional guest experience by ensuring all guest expectations of public area cleanliness and service standards are met and or exceeded. Maintain a clean and welcoming work environment at all times including Heart of House and guest areas while demonstrating a courteous, warm and professional attitude at all times.

- Ensure all guest and employee entrances are clean and clear of trash, debris, spills and residue.
- All sitting areas are consistently organized and refreshed.
- Ensure all restrooms are cleaned and fully stocked.
- Ensure all restroom equipment, fixtures and dispensers are in full working order.
- Clean and empty all trash and recycle receptacles.
- Clean and maintain all guest hallway carpets, floors and surrounding section areas including doors, frames, walls, baseboards, guest elevator tracks, doors and landing areas, wall sconces, hallway vents.
- Ensure pool area is clean and clear of trash and furniture is arranged in place
- Ensure gym is clean, equipment sanitized, towels and other amenities are stocked and in good supply.
- Stock and replenish pool towel valet throughout the day.
- Properly utilize linen and trash chutes.
- Maintain a clean and organized Heart of House work area including supply storage lockers.
- Exercise safe work practices within job function based on company guidelines at all times

- Adhere to all guidelines pertaining to lost and found and suspicious activity.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education: High School or GED is preferred
Experience: Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required.
Hours Required: Must be able to work holidays and weekends. Hours may vary based on occupancy levels and hotel needs.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to clearly understand and communicate with guests
- Ability to push, pull, lift minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, kneel and stretch
- Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time
- Free motion of arms, above waist
