We are looking for an Accountant for a direct hire position.
Summary:
A key contributor in the month-end close, consolidation process and the preparation of the company's internal and external financial statements. Assist in preparing financial statements. Help with state filings, as well as various ad hoc reporting for the management team
Responsibilities:
- All Accountant responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of monthly/quarterly consolidated financial statements.
- Assist with the monthly consolidation and elimination process.
- Assist with the preparation of Bank Reporting and related processes.
- Assist in analyzing monthly, quarterly and annual region/country financial information to ensure compliance with Global Accounting Policies and Management Reporting.
- Review and perform analytics and explain variances on regional and consolidated financial results.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent education/experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles, regulations and best practices
- Ability to work independently with less direct oversight
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Proficient with data analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic office and accounting software programs
- Collaboration and teamwork skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
