Essential Functions:
- Knowledge of Quality Control (QC)Program
- Learn and understand private client and/or government documentation requirements
- Assist in managing subcontractors and coordinating subcontractor work to ensure the project schedule is met
- Effectively participate in Owners meeting to ensure there is a complete understanding of the project and any current issues or outstanding questions
- Continually working to develop Delegation and Leadership skills
- Assists in preparing our pay requisition to the customer and subcontractors’ invoices to accounting
- Learn budgets and develop an understanding of the “Bluefolder” process
- Assist in Writing and executing subcontracts
- Scope and price construction change orders
- Develops monthly progress reports to the customer
- Develops Monthly Risk Reports
- Manages the submittal process
- As assigned
Education/Certifications:
- Electrical Trade/Technical experience with a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in a related field.
- These requirements may change based on the requirements of a contract and the Project Manager may be labelled a different type of position to accommodate such requirements.
Required Certifications to obtain:
- CoE CQM Certification – as required
- OSHA 30
- First Aid / CPR / AED
- EM 385-1-1 certificate
Required Qualifications:
- MS Office/Computer skills
- MS Projects and/or similar scheduling program
- Good verbal and writing skills
- Technical Competence: Stays abreast of changes in the industry. Shares innovation with other departments and Divisions
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
The work environment may range from working on a construction site, in a job site trailer, to an office environment as required. Noise level is moderate to high. Requires work boots, safety goggles and hard hat.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
