As a Vehicle Detailer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all Kona Ice vehicles are cleaned and brought up to current company standards during the upfitting process.
Your meticulous attention to detail and dedication to maintaining a clean and organized work environment will contribute to the success of our upfit department.
Responsibilities :
- Report to the floor manager daily to receive task assignments and ensure their timely completion.
- Thoroughly clean all equipment that has undergone the upfitting process, ensuring they are pristine and in compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all equipment cleaned, including details such as date, specific equipment, and any additional notes.
- Complete the cleaning checklist form for each piece of equipment, documenting the thorough cleaning process and confirming its readiness for use.
- Assist in the cleaning and organization of the upfit shop once all equipment has been properly cleaned.
- Keep track of cleaning inventory and promptly communicate with the floor manager regarding any needs or replenishments required.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in equipment cleaning, preferably in a similar industry or automotive setting, is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion of assigned duties.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all equipment is thoroughly cleaned and meets company standards.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the floor manager and effectively convey any inventory needs or concerns.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a reliable team player.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and the willingness to assist with other tasks as needed.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
