We are looking for a Spares Business Coordinator who will perform support duties related to the ongoing business processes of multiple KONE Spares Teams. Provide backup for multiple employees with varying responsibilities.

Essential Functions:

1. Enter Warehouse Cycle Inventory Count entry into SAP; Update List Pricing in SAP based upon information provided by others; Maintain branch site addresses in SAP and Parts View, keeping warehouse abreast of changes; Create Frame Agreements for Spares Purchasing Department, as required.

2. Post Proximity and Branch Inventory Variances and assist with Proximity Stock management functions.

3. Convert Purchase Order Requisitions into Purchase Orders; transmit POs to suppliers.

4. Assist Spares Purchasing Department with goal to stock correct items (analyzing multiple PD part special purchases using SAP data.)

5. Serve as back-up for Sales Coordinator, as needed due to volume, absence or vacation.

6. Perform SAP support functions to meet KONE Spares’ requirements (i.e. loading new part numbers, carry out necessary tasks for “Replaced By/Not Available” parts.)

7. Prepare and monitor various SAP reports. Perform actions needed as identified in these reports.

8. Perform additional support duties as assigned.

Experience:
  • 2 years in business environment using business software

Education:
  • High School diploma; Associates degree is preferred

Specific Skills, Knowledge & Behavior:
  • Proficient skills with PC operation and software which includes Windows, Microsoft Office, SAP and custom PC applications
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential material.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively work with all levels of KONE employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new applications.
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment and have the ability to continually re-prioritize.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects a must.
