Production Supervisor

Monticello, IN | Direct Hire| $65k- $70k | 2nd Shift
Konik is partnered with a growing manufacturer looking to add a Production Supervisor to their 2nd Shift team. While manufacturing experience is welcome, individuals with leadership experience in other industries are also encouraged to apply.
Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 20-30, including Team Leads and employees
- Plan production, assign tasks, direct work, and resolve problems
- Analyze issues, adjust procedures, and ensure numbers are met
- Multi-task and follow through on company policies/regulations
Production Supervisor Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to identify solutions and problem solving
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
