Coordinator, Integrated Marketing: Become the Newest Member of Kontoor Brands
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing NAM, the Integrated Marketing Coordinator supports and oversees integrated marketing content development (with a heavy digital lean), campaigns and media for the Wrangler brand. This position is focused on building total brand equity, changing consumer perception, and driving business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong media and production experience and is just as comfortable reviewing a media flowchart as coordinating all aspects of a photoshoot. This collaborative role will closely partner with the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing as well as work cross-functionally with brand marketing, social media, public relations, ecommerce, corporate communications, consumer insights, and merchandising. The ideal candidate must be curious, willing to push beyond the status quo, and a natural problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports development of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to maximize equity and demand generation for the Wrangler brand across key consumer touchpoints including digital media, ecommerce and brand marketing platforms
- Coordinates the fulfilment of brand media campaigns and collaborates creative and media agency partners to bring campaigns to life to from brief to execution, enabling them to do their very best work.
- Leverages marketing analytics to identify opportunities, adjust strategies, and deliver against critical digital KPIs.
- Manages content production with a focus on digital channels to support brand and ecommerce priorities
- Coordinates and oversees seasonal photoshoots including booking talent, confirming key looks with cross-functional team, approving locations, stylist, budget, etc.
- Coordinates post-production for all creative assets and manages the distribution and organization of all assets
- Partners with ecommerce and social media teams to manage content production process with photographers, influencers and content creators in order to develop assets outside of brand-managed shoots
- Collaborates with internal teams and agency partners to brainstorm creative content and campaigns
- Establishes timelines and calendars for alignment with internal stakeholders
- Partners with Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing and ecommerce team to deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and insights.
- Assists with budget management, processing vendor invoices from submission to payment, ensures project budgets are on target, and partnering with Sr. Manager on budget reconciliation

- Meets personal deadlines, and helps ensure that team and creative deadlines are never missed
- Knowledge of retail/apparel industry a plus
Experience/Education:
- 4-year college degree in marketing, communications, business or equivalent experience
- Has extensive experience with the advertising and marketing development process (brief writing, calendar development, providing creative feedback, media planning and analysis); experience in working with and managing creative and media agencies with a focus on digital media channels
- Ideally a former agency superstar who wants to make the jump to the brand side
