Kootenia Homes, a perennial top 25 Twin Cities homebuilder, is seeking a Client Care/Warranty Manager to join its growing team in Woodbury. This person will have full charge of caring for clients at closing and after move-in.
Responsibilities for Client Care/Warranty Manager
- Generally, an office position with interaction with clients.
- Oversee all aspects of the home building warranty
- Oversee the implementation of client service protocols
- Have communication with sub-contractor and Vendors regarding repairs
- Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner
- Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes
Qualifications for Client Services Manager
- 3 years prior experience in customer facing roles
- Must be detailed and must have computer skills
- Proven experience in a leadership role is required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers
- Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills
- Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly
- Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting-edge client experience
