We are seeking to fill a Full-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) position to support first responders who are crucial to maintaining public safety. This is an onsite inbound call position.

CSR Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED is required
- At least 1 year of customer service/call center experience (required)
- Background check and drug screening will be administrated
- Must have problem-solving and interpersonal skills and be team oriented
- Ability to multitask and work with close deadlines
- Reliable and able to work the given schedule
- Maintaining the confidentiality of information
CSR Responsibilities:
- Inbound calls, there may be some outbound calling (in the form of callbacks, if needed)
- Provide exceptional customer service support
- Reviewing bills and taking payments
- Troubleshoot any technical problems on a variety of devices (cell phones, tablets, wearable devices, modems, routers, etc.)
- Enter customer data into multiple programs
- Helps customers resolve problems on the first call and follow up with customer inquiries
- Present customers with alternative solutions while focusing on troubleshooting given inquiries
- Retaining the customer if discontinuation required
