Job Description
KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Senior Business Analyst in Gardena, California!
Essential Functions:
- Develop analytical reporting dashboards using MS Power Platform tools (Power Query, Power BI, etc.)
- Help drive the analysis needed to support key metrics and non-value-added process reductions
- Promote and develop reporting tools using modern technology with end-users across all levels of the organization
- Support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results
- Collaborate closely with applications and BI development teams in data warehouse configurations
- Automate and improve current manual processes for data mining & analysis throughout company
- Participate as a key member growing the company's business intelligence reporting infrastructure
- Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance
- Other responsibilities as required by business needs
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, information systems or a related field required
- 4 years of business analytics experience
- ERP experience required, involvement with ERP or CRM implementations a plus
- Proficient in data mining and analysis across multiple system platforms
- Experience with MS Power Platform products (Power Pivot, Power BI, SQL databases)
- Conceptual knowledge of SQL coding, data warehouse design, and ETL integrations
- Effective communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Ability to manage competing priorities and excellent organizational skills
