We have partnered with our client in their search for a MS ERP Architect/Development Lead.
As a Technical Hands-On Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and hands-on expertise in the design, development, and implementation of complex ERP solutions. You will collaborate closely with both internal and offshore development teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and architecture of ERP solutions, aligning with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide hands-on development and coding support as needed to guide the development team.
- Collaborate with offshore development teams to provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure code quality.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code efficiency and maintainability.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the stability and performance of ERP solutions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance development efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Microsoft ERP solutions, with a deep understanding of Dynamics AX 2012 and D365.
- Proven track record of successful ERP implementations in the retail industry.
- Strong hands-on development experience with Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Strong application integration experience
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Experience working with offshore development teams is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Dynamics AX 2012 to D365 migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of Mulesoft
- Experience with PLM, DAM and Planning and allocation systems
- Knowledge of retail industry-specific business processes.
- Certifications in Microsoft ERP technologies.
