Kornit Digital is seeking a strong Financial Analyst with forecasting skills to help us best deploy resources and accelerate growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone to develop and establish new processes, standardize reporting, and effectively collaborate with the business teams driving results. This is a high visibility role that will work closely with key business partners and report to the Manager of FP&A.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about finance and have experience working with large data sets, budgets, and financial statements, and enjoy the challenge of transforming business questions into financial models.

What will you do as a Financial Analyst?
- Develop and maintain detailed financial forecast models. Continuously analyze them to support business initiatives.
- Partner closely with our business partners on interpreting, implementing, and tracking financial results and operational KPIs and their impact on business initiatives.
- Assist in facilitating the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process and tools.
- Expand and elevate forecasting and modeling processes.
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop analytical tools, ad-hoc reporting, and analysis for executive management.
- Understand and accurately forecast key cost drivers, and articulate key variances to forecast and implications for future periods.
- Identify opportunities and tools that will improve the FP&A process and business operations.
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
- Act as a trusted Finance business partner.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, decks, and presentations for executive management.
Requirements:
Desired Qualifications:
- BS/BA (Finance, Accounting, or Economics major preferred).
- 3 years of relevant experience (i.e., financial planning and analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, financial reporting).
- Must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with BI tools, Oracle cloud ERP, Salesforce, budget/planning systems (TM1).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Extraordinarily detail-oriented and able to translate big-picture analysis while never losing sight of the finer points.
- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Extremely curious - not satisfied with easy or convenient answers, drives issues to root cause.
- Independent and entrepreneurial showing the ability to work with minimal direction.

- MBA, CPA, CFA
