As part of the Koroseal Interior Products team, the International Sales Coordinator is responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients, in conjunction with supporting our International Sales Manager. This position is on the front line with our customers and is the key role in delivering our promise of “Unmatched Customer Service”. The International Sales Coordinator will communicate with the customer via phone, email and potentially face to face. They handle all aspects of the customer’s needs; request for quotations, placing orders, fulfilling sample requests and other functions.
The International Sales Coordinator will work collaboratively with the quoting and estimating team to develop competitive quotes, follow-up on pending quotes, and manage timelines for each sales project awarded. This position provides an excellent opportunity to grow professionally, learn how to be a part of a key team in a dynamic organization and put creative ideas and innovative thoughts into action.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support International Sales Manager in providing revenue growth year over year.
- Proactively follow up on quoted projects to create/develop an accurate pipeline within SalesForce.
- Maintain and support all international distributors.
- Learn the features and benefits of all Koroseal products to better educate a prospective client.
- As needed, assist international distribution with product training and product promotions resulting in increased product penetration and brand recognition.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation within CRM (SalesForce) including tracking of international projects specified by a US sales rep
- Determine customer requirements and expectations upon receiving requests to properly manage their expectations.
- Promote sales through cross selling, up-selling, inquiring to client when appropriate for additional opportunities.
- Capture accurate and complete information in CRM daily such as quoting, samples and any communications with clients (sales calls).
- Coordinate with the shipping and logistics departments for status on orders in ensuring the delivery commitment to clients.
- Handle order placements, quotes, cancellations, or changes in orders and communicate the changes with the related departments.
- Participate fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
