Responsibilities:
- Enter bookkeeping data from client records
- Reconcile bank, credit card and loan accounts
- Record journal entries for various accounts
- Assist with accounting tasks as needed
- Utilize double entry bookkeeping to ensure accurate reporting
- Proficient with QuickBooks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping
- Knowledge of general accounting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
