Summary

This position functions as the company’s marketing administrative support; coordinating meetings, logistics and serving as a liaison to external customers and vendors. The position assists in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies. A high attention to detail and accuracy is expected. Position must demonstrate the ability to complete multiple projects under strict deadlines.

Essential Functions

1. Assist in trade show coordination and other promotional events. Staff events and shows as necessary.

2. Coordinate off-site photo shoots.

3. Ability to prepare and deliver various types of marketing materials including advertisements, presentations, forms, and traditional and digital promotional campaigns.

4. Serve as primary marketing contact for internal staff and external customers/vendors and encourage trusting relationships.

5. Coordination of marketing logistics including event production, scheduling, shipping and acquisition of services.

6. Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.) and report findings to management.

7. Develop and coordinate use of the marketing budget within entities.

8. Price Book design.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This position operates primarily in a professional office environment. The routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers is required.

The position may occasionally operate within the company manufacturing environment or at locations external to the company.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

This position requires a substantial amount of seated work. Filing, equipment set-up and relocation of marketing materials is required. This includes the ability to lift files/materials, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing on a stool as necessary. Assisting with trade shows or photo shoots may require the position to lift/move/arrange items as necessary.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Occasional overtime may be required.

Travel

This position requires local travel and occasional overnight travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
