Job Posting for On-Site Property Manager at Kozamesa Inc.
Looking for a property manager who has experience in property management. Is willing to travel places to sort out issues or maintain the integrity of the apartments. This position oversees the daily activities of the apartments and: They meet with current tenants to handle requests for repairs or to resolve complaints. They also meet with prospective tenants to show vacant apartments or office space. In addition, onsite managers enforce the terms of rental or lease contracts along with an associations governing rules.
