Job Description:

KPA Engineers is seeking a highly motivated individual to function as a CAD Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated individual with an appetite to develop and expand their knowledge. Individual duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Drafting designs for complete and complex engineering systems, structures, and arrangements with supervision by a Project Manager.
  • Ability to read drawings and understand the interface between utilities, highways, and buildings.
  • Produce technical drawings for a wide range of products and components, ideally in the field for transportation, drainage, and water/wastewater infrastructure.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher in civil drafting or other relevant degree program.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in AutoCAD Civil3D and civil drafting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
