KPM is looking for an ambitious Sales Coordinator with strong customer service skills and a passion for people to join the team in our Houston area!
This is a full time position and compensation will range based on experience.
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for utilizing the RealPage® ILM lead management software to follow up with prospective residents and increase company revenue by improving the lead to lease ratio.
Responsibilities:
- Improve lead to lease ratio by placing outbound calls to follow up with prospective residents, schedule tour appointments at various multifamily sites, and answer questions to “close” the deal.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the leasing experience for renters and residents
- Document accurate and timely notes following every call to ensure visibility with onsite Leasing staff
- Send follow up communication through the ILM lead management software to email and coordinate with prospects and leads
- Perform other duties assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required / College degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively with prospective residents and team members
- High sense of urgency, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to articulate and relay information in an effective and efficient manner
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Previous call center experience preferred
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
- Prolonged periods sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
- Push, pull, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and reach above shoulders
- Must be able to type efficiently
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to work indoors / outdoors or in extreme weather conditions
- Must be able to work weekends and/or evenings on a rotating schedule
