KPMG is currently seeking a Manager for Marketing and Enablement to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies and material to drive Member Firm adoption, engagement, and growth
  • Manage and drive cross-functional enablement plans collaborating with functions to identify needs, develop adoption material and programs
  • Monitor and analyze performance of marketing and enablement initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for adjustments to achieve adoption targets
  • Engage and coordinate with key stakeholders across the organization to gather insights and align priorities for marketing and enablement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience in marketing, enablement, or a similar role, preferably in B2B or professional services industries
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in marketing, business, communications, or a relevant field
  • Experience creating and executing effective marketing and enablement programs; experience conducting customer needs assessments to inform marketing and enablement programs
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills; able to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data insights to inform marketing and enablement strategies, optimize performance, and drive business impact; proficiency in enablement technologies, such as CRM systems
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams; strong project management and organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
