KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, People Solution Support to join our Workforce Enablement team.
Responsibilities:
- Support various processes with financial impact to both Employee/Partners within PeopleSoft
- Work closely with internal clients while supporting multiple day-to-day operations, which includes, but not limited to the following: Personal and Job Data Management, Mailbox Management, Reporting, Quality Assurance/Data Validation, Issue Resolution Support, Process Documentation, Escalation handling, and ad-hoc requests, as needed
- Perform reporting and analysis, specialized knowledge of HRMS, troubleshooting problems with reports/data integrity, attention to detail for quality results
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with leadership, building trusted relationships through assignments (project team, stakeholders, and sponsors)
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent experience in a technical, process improvement environment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, or relevant experience
- Experience working within PeopleSoft, as well as intermediate to advance level aptitude in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and/or Crystal Reporting, and PS Query
- Strong analytical ability, technical aptitude and math skills evidenced by two or more years of successful experience in quantitative role (such as Finance, Risk Management, Process Reengineering, Quality)
- Proven track record of exhibiting customer focus; excellent verbal/written communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
