KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Business Analyst to join our Growth and Strategy organization.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with our business customers (service lines, industry leaders, account teams, and so on) to understand what they need from the Tax Data Office
- Collect information from these individuals and translate that information into technical designs, test procedures, and other criteria to measure success, so that others on the team can build what the business needs
- Ensure that the ideas gathered are appropriately tracked and managed, so that other team members (data architects, engineers, and developers) prioritize completion appropriately
- Assist developers with the design and testing of the analytics, to ensure business needs are met
- Interact and engage with others to ensure opportunities/tasks are properly recorded and that the business has what they need to execute on GTM strategies
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience as a business analyst
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a related field preferred
- Experience writing requirements for architecture solutions using an agile software development process, preferably Azure DevOps; demonstrated ability to provide robust documentation and interacting with multi-disciplined teams, architects, infrastructure, software development, testing, operations, and support
- Prior experience with creation and execution of test plans; capability to trace test plans to requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; team player who works well with functional and technical resources; must have aptitude for taking strategic direction from executive management and see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Salary : $97,300 - $123,000
