KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Cloud Services to join our National Tax organization.
Responsibilities:
- Build, configure and provide support for cloud infrastructure and cloud security solutions
- Deliver, manage and own public cloud network connectivity including network perimeter
- Translate high level design to low level design and/or engineering design while supporting cloud solutions deployed. AWS, Azure and GCP
- Process new service requests: collect data, engage customer, execute, follow-up and submit track tickets as well as tasks and changes
- Provide advice, guidance and direction to solution architects and customers
- Offer second and third tier support for operations as well as support teams, including root cause analysis and preventative analysis
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent hands-on experience with native cloud components such as. Direct connect, Express route, VGW, SG, IPSEC, IAP, DLP, Firewall, DNS, ALB, ELB , NLB , SSL , NAT, network virtual appliances such as. Cisco, Palo Alto Networks and with public cloud and infrastructure in public cloud AWS, Azure and GCP
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in design, build, configuration, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience transforming high level design to an operational platform/solution (A to Z delivery). experience as a support specialist with the ability to act as frontline support for all networking related issues
- Ability to create solution proposals and provision while supporting a full stack network environment
- Understanding of various infrastructure, data security processes, procedures, approaches, tools and design patterns
