KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.
Responsibilities:
- The architect will support harmonization of data standards and dictionaries through Community of Interest coordination, including vocabularies, roles and permissions, Authoritative Data Source, and development of Data Reference Models in defining requirements for business and IT solutions. Leads and analysis and decomposition of IAs, create vocabularies, taxonomies and ontologies.
- Capable to define relationship between IAs and develop Conceptual Model and DoDAF compliant DIV-1
- Advise on the varied views of Zachman Framework for the enterprise architecture relative to data, to include scope/contextual view, business model/conceptual view, enterprise/logical data model, physical data model, and actual databases
- Assist in analyzing architectures for all types of IT capabilities, to include Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), COTS, web services and Government products.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience working with AF/DOD and familiarity with DoDAF EA approach
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline from an accredited college/university; Master's degree from an accredited college/university preferred
- Research and develop strategies for data acquisition, migration and recovery
- Understanding of data security and implementation measures for data systems
- Ability to design and model databases, data warehousing, and data flow infrastructures
- U.S. citizenship required with an active U.S. Federal government Secret security clearance
