KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, IT Compliance to join our Enterprise Security Services organization. This is a remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in a team that is the "hub" function in Compliance Automation and Integration Support
- Advance team objectives by managing various aspects of client, internal, and regulatory IT compliance with a focus integration of compliance capabilities
- Use integration expertise to identify, define, and help compensate for critical technical and business compliance gaps engaging management when necessary
- Provide expert support to constituent teams as they learn and/or adopt compliance processes, tools, and technologies
- Develop novel ways to observe and measure adoption of compliance services; advise leadership in developing response plans to change and adapt, as well as proactively manage follow-up demand in response compliance performance challenges and capabilities with stakeholders to report, remediate, or improve outcomes
- Monitor service catalog, demand, and knowledge sources and repositories to assure freshness of data and planned offerings; train Compliance Integration stakeholders in employment and application of tools, practices, and procedures and gather feedback and data for follow-up
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in IT Compliance Management, System and Data Security, Applications Security and Compliance and Administration
- Minimum two years recently managing and leading teams in Information Technology and/or IT Compliance Control & Automation, as well as minimum five years of recent combined experience in System, Application or Identity & Access Administration or IT Compliance, Security or System Management; must have strong leadership, analytical skills, process orientation and
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; at least one certification is preferred: CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, CISM, CISSP; Also preferred is an ITIL Foundation certification or extensive compliance work experience in highly regulated IT Environment (for example, CoBIT, NIST, Sarbanes-Oxley, ISO, NIST, FISMA and more); Compliance Data Analytics and Visualization Skills or Certification is preferred
- Management, Coaching and Leadership experience is preferred; strong understanding of 2013 COSO, NIST, COBIT, ITIL frameworks; success working with and responding to Audit, Regulatory, and/or Review teams, and effective negotiating, moderating, and influencing skills; ability to work well with all levels of staff and management
- Ability to prioritize issues and deliver high quality, timely results; excellent Service Management skills with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; expert in conceptualizing, writing, and diagramming cross-functional IT technical and business processes, and workflows both individually and with a team and implementing them; excellent written and verbal business communication skills are essential to this role
- Experience with Unix/Linux, Microsoft Office, and/or similar products, macros, scripts, and queries, as well as applied experience/training in Archer/GRC, SPLUNK and ServiceNow is preferred
