KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Quality & Risk Management group, supporting the Advisory function, with the (KDN) KPMG Delivery Network. KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) is a KPMG special purpose member firm offering a way for clients to leverage KPMG top talent and technology platforms through regional teams of specialists, enabling economies of scale and a new way of working that expands beyond local capability.
Responsibilities:
- Drive delivery and project management for significant KDN Advisory QRM initiatives, policy, technical white papers, communication development for distribution to KDN Advisory stakeholders
- Research and provide preliminary recommendation development for significant problem solving of practice issues
- Participate in delivery of Advisory QRM quality monitoring programs, including Global SoQM/KQCE processes
- Play a key role in other Advisory QRM projects and strategic initiatives in connection with key KDN Advisory business activities
- Participate in various other internal quality assurance and monitoring programs including collaborating with cross functional teams on key projects
- Support QRM Leadership in various daily risk and operational matters experienced by Advisory Global Delivery Centers (GDCs); assist with KDN Advisory business operations, including cross functional quality and risk initiatives lead by KDN Central QRM and the Global QRM team, along with KDN Advisory GDCs
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent and related business experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with a relevant business discipline essential; post-graduate/MBA from an accredited college/university is desirable
- KPMG member firm or other accounting firm Advisory practice experience preferred, but not required; experience in delivering and leading complex projects; prior experience with operating globally; capacity to build relationships and be a trusted advisor
- Proven experience with shared services/delivery center environment a plus, but not required; strong risk management awareness; ability to apply critical thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
- Demonstrable evidence of cross teaming with other service groups / businesses; excellent stakeholder management and people management skills with the capability to manage and lead small teams
- Think creatively and provide solutions to complex problems; flexibility to adapt to a variety of different work environments and locations; capacity to operate in a fast passed, highly complex multinational environment

Albany Salary Range: Low: $86100 - High: $157700
New York City Salary Range: Low: $99000 - High: $181400
Seattle Salary Range: Low: $94700 - High: $173500
