Responsibilities
- Ensuring themselves, their work areas, & the store are always clean, neat, & organized
- Engaging our customers' five senses with every product offered by ensuring superior quality & freshness
- Building value & excitement through convenience, product availability, & assortment
- Verifying pricing accuracy & appropriate signage
- Must be able to follow all recipes when preparing deli products
- Promoting a fun, unique, & exciting shopping environment
- Serving the needs of our customers selflessly & with compassion
- Treating every customer as the important people they are
