Job Description:
5-D Systems, Inc. a KRATOS company, is seeking a highly motivated candidate to fill a Program Analyst position serving as the Army Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Analyst to an Army Program Office responsible for the management of FMS programs.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Directly responsible for providing International Program Support to the program manager

Responds to Letters of Request (LORs) to provide Requests for Information (RFI), P&A, and Letters of Acceptance (LOA) data

Tracks program/project status and schedules; applies policies and procedures for financial planning

Performs program management, technical, and business case analyses
-
Analyzes program requirements, status, budget, and schedules

Participates as a member of and supports the overall PMO

Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, boards

Draft presentations in various formats to present results of analysis
Required Experience:
-
Highly organized and must demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to meet routine deadlines and suspense dates
- Work with minimum guidance in addressing actions, and then use own knowledge, ingenuity, innovation, and experience to complete the product

Excellent written and verbal communication’s skills, people skills and enthusiasm are important, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment

Experience in Foreign Military Sales is required
Qualifications:
- Be a US citizen and possess (as well as maintain) a Final Secret Security Clearance

Bachelor’s degree in business administration / management field, or certification as an administrative professional is desired

>10 years of applicable FMS program management experience in a product office

Knowledge of FMS systems to include Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Integrated Major Pricing Analysis and Reporting Tool (IMPART), and General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)

Be able to travel periodically with trips that may be up to several weeks in length

High understanding of MS Office product line to include working familiarity with Microsoft Project

Knowledge of US Army acquisition processes, including DAU Level 1 certification in PM, is a plus
