The Position
- Manage digital content, including the firm's web site and social media platforms, to ensure accuracy and compliance with firm publishing standards;
- Manage updates to collateral materials and digital channels to enhance brand visibility;
- Manage external digital marketing vendor relationships;
- Prepare/design appropriate community support advertisements, invitations, and other collateral designs;
- Manage graphic design projects;
- Manage all client entertainment resources and develop an automated process for allocation, distribution and accountability reporting;
- Development of e-templates for consistent branding across all marketing channels;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience;
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication, editing and proofreading skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus;
- Strong organizational and project management skills;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, analyze, organize, attend to detail, and follow through;
- Ability to work well with other team members;
- Commitment to excellent client service.
