If you love spreading joy, this is the job for you! Our team members are the face of Krispy Kreme in our shops. You will get to enjoy interactions with our customers and inspire customer wonder by serving them our delectable doughnuts.
Position Overviews:
Doughnut Specialist:
- You will bring joy to our customers by answering questions and providing them with delicious doughnuts.
- You'll take orders and accept payments at the register.
Doughnut Decorator:
- You'll inspect our doughnuts to make sure they meet quality/food safety standards
- You'll add filling/icing/decorations and pack them up gently for their journey from the shop to customer!
Doughnut Maker:
- You'll make sure our doughnuts and all other products are made to perfection, and as fresh as possible for our guests.
- You'll prepare fun ingredients such as glaze, fillings, and icings.

- You have exceptional customer service skills- we want you to enjoy interacting with our customers, and communicate clearly.
- Basic mathematical and literacy skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the position in which you're interested
- If you have a high school diploma, even better.
- No experience needed for Doughnut Specialists!
- 2-3 years Quick Service or Fast Casual Restaurant experience required for Shift Supervisor!
- Must be 16 years of age or older for Doughnut Specialists and 18 years of age or older for Shift Supervisors
