Position: Superintendent – General Contracting
General Skills/Requirements

· Physically able to navigate/attend bid-walks and site visits at active construction sites

· Must pass drug screening and background check (pre-employment and random)
Potential Job Responsibilities
o Ability to read and understand project drawings
o Review project specifications to ensure bid compliance
o Assist with soliciting quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
o Ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
o Direct and monitor sold projects from start to completion
o Manage project material buyouts/purchasing
o Meet with contractors and vendors to ensure quality product and timely deliveries
o Manage project schedules and subcontractors to ensure efficient completion of projects
o Create/process RFIs, change order documentation, manage closeout documents and other project related documents/processes
o Facilitate permit required inspections with Pikes Peak Regional as required
o Work with project management team members to facilitate and oversee field installations and subcontractors on multiple projects
o Visit jobsites daily to manage subcontractor work and ensure safe/on-time field installations.
Experience/Education
· Prior experience and understanding of commercial/industrial construction methods
· Trade/related experience a must
· 3-5 years experience in the construction industry with job related experience
· Proficient in using Microsoft word and Excel

Pay: $78,638.19 - $94,704.05 per year
