ensure all laws are being followed - Perform tasks related to cash handling (e.g., making change, verifying validity of charges, recording charges, and ensuring vouchers are properly executed) in order to balance all monies - Clean and sterilize glasses, utensils and bar equipment - Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar - Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area - Attend scheduled associate meetings and offer suggestions for improvement - Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
