We are seeking a creative and experienced General Manager with a proven history of building strong customer relationships, managing business administration and excelling in customer service. The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of a restaurant, while simultaneously providing excellent customer service to our customers. The General Manager should also have ample experience managing restaurant staff, in addition to the ability to keep up with rapid changes in the food industry.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement new strategies to increase sales or market share.
- Analyze financial data and make decisions based on it.
- Calculate financial projections and provide expert advice on insurance policies or financial matters.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff members and customers.
- Manage daily operations of the business.
- Manage a team of employees to reach sales goals, set production standards, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Responsible for overall success of the company.
Job Type: Part-time
