Detailed Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investor Relations Specialist to join our team. As an Investor Relations Specialist at [Company Name], you will play a pivotal role in raising capital from investors to support our oil and gas exploration and production initiatives. You will be the face of the company to our current and potential investors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring they are well-informed about our company's strategies, performance, and future opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to identify and qualify accredited investors.
- Present and promote our investment funds in Oil & Gas, Real Estate, and Hospitality Brands to potential investors. Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our investment opportunities to potential clients.
- Set up appointments for C-level staff to follow up with your contacts
- Collaborate with executive leadership to craft and articulate the company's financial and strategic story to the investment community.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with clients in the CRM system (HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential investors and provide follow-up communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to tailor pitches effectively. Monitor financial markets, industry trends, and peer companies to provide insights into potential investor sentiment and competitive intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and reporting obligations related to investor relations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Previous sales experience is required
- Excellent speaking and communication skills, with professional phone manner
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to learn and effectively operate online tools, such as autodialer, CRM, e-mail, calendar and presentation software.
- Familiarity with Google Apps and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Actual experience with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
- Proficiency in delivering effective presentations is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
